I can't believe it, but today is the last day of my couch-to-5k workout.
Today's workout: walked at a pace of 4.0, jogged at 6.2,
for a total of 35 minutes (which included my 5-minute warm-up walk), which
resulted in 3.43 miles.
Since this was my last workout I wanted to get an idea of my speed per mile.
Mile 1 was completed in 9.43 minutes.
Mile 2 was completed in 9.79 minutes.
Mile 3 was completed in 9.80 minutes.
So my times are no where near bragging rights, but not too bad for jogging, especially in my own home on a treadmill...bor-ring!
Now my test will be if I can keep up my 3 day a week running schedule and improve my time and distance!
