Boy do shoes make a difference in a workout...
I have one set of shoes that I have specifically just for running on my treadmill. Yesterday, I actually wore a different pair of running shoes and had a GREAT workout, even with taking a week off. Today, I wore my regular shoes and not only did I feel the difference in my legs but my entire workout was just not the same as yesterday.
I am thinking it's time to buy some new shoes!
Today's workout: walked at a pace of 3.8 jogged at a pace of 5.4 for a
total of 30 minutes (which included my 5 minute brisk walk warm-up) resulted in 2.32 miles
