Whoo-hoo last week of training!!!
This weeks training is a 5-minute brisk walk followed by a 3-mile jog (or 30-minutes).
Today's workout: walked at a pace of 4.0, jogged the first mile at a pace of 6.0 and the last two miles at 6.2,
for a total of 35 minutes (which included my 5-minute warm-up walk), which
resulted in 3.39 miles.
