For today's workout, I had a choice to either complete a 4-mile run or a 5K. Since we had been out and about most of today, I didn't start my run until shortly after finishing dinner, which is not a good time to run! I decided I would do a casual jog starting at 6.0 and gradually increased my speed throughout my run, mainly because I couldn't stand seeing that it was taking almost 11-minutes to complete a mile. I had also decided that due to the lateness in the day and running right after a meal, I'd only complete a 5K, but that also changed.
Today's workout results: 4 miles in 39:41 minutes averaged a 9:55 pace.
