Jillian Michaels kicked my butt today. If I can walk without jello legs tomorrow I will be shocked! Today was technically day 8 of the 30 day shred workout and although it is recommended to do each workout for 10 days and daily, I felt the first workout didn't fully challenge me, even though I have to modify some of the exercises due to my knee and I still can't do 'real' push-ups for the entire time. I also completed a 30-minute run with a 5-minute warm-up/cool-down, 2.5 minutes for each. Since I slacked quite a bit last week, I kept my speed a bit lower than I would have in the past (6.2-6.4)
Today's workout results: 3.54 miles in 35 minutes averaged a 9:53 pace.
