Last weeks workout didn't go so great, I missed Wednesday's workout due to going to Zumba and just being plain lazy! Tuesday and Thursday, I did run, however I altered walking and running every 0.25 miles. Friday I didn't walk and Sunday...well I didn't run. So with my decreased miles on Tuesday and Thursday and only walking on Monday I only averaged about 11 miles last week. Pathetic, I should have completed 24-25 miles.
I can list multiple excuses, but in all reality it boils down to me just being lazy! So in an attempt to redeem myself, and lets be honest, not to fully beat myself up and eventually quit, I am going to repeat week 6's workout.
Tuesday: run 30-35 minutes, 30 day shred
Wednesday: walk, 30 day shred, Zumba
Thursday: run 30-35 minutes, 30 day shred
Friday: walk, 30 day shred
Sunday: run 5 miles
Today's workout results: 4.25 miles in 60-minutes averaged a 14:07 pace.
