Workout 3.1

This week’s workout is listed below but only totaled 23 minutes with my 5 minute warm-up.  So I added 1 more minute of jogging and 1 minute of walking at the end of the workout.

Brisk five minute warm-up walk, then do two repetitions of the following:
  •  Jog 200 yards (or 90 seconds)
  • Walk 200 yards (or 90 seconds) 
  • Jog 400 yards (or 3 minutes)
  • Walk 400 yards (or 3 minutes)
Today's workout: walked at a pace of 3.8 jogged at a pace of 5.4 for a total of 20 minutes plus my 5 minute walk warm-up resulted in 1.80 miles.
