Only 2 more weeks of my training workout!!!
This week workout is to start with a 5-minute brisk walk followed by 2.75 miles (or 28 minutes).
Today's workout: walked at a pace of 4.0, jogged at a pace of 6.0,
for a total of 33 minutes (which included my 5-minute warm-up walk)
resulted in 3.12 miles.
