Headache and running do NOT mix!
You know how sometimes when you have a headache if you get up and get moving it seems to gradually fade? Sadly, running isn't an activity that decreases a headache. I felt as if I spent more time on 'pause' than actually running, but I did get in my full 30 minute workout, 5-minute warm-up walk followed by a 25-minute run. The downfall of having timed workouts is that you can't just increase the speed to hurry and get your workout completed.
Today's workout results: 2.99 miles in 30-minutes averaged a 10:02 pace.
