It seems that with each day, I get less and less motivated to post, even when I have stuff to post about. So hours later, I am forcing myself to write today's workout post!
In an attempt to increase my overall walking speed, I started today's walk at a 4.2 speed and gradually increased my speed to 4.4, which I was able to maintain for the last 15-minutes of my 60-minute walk. I also completed day two of week one's Suck Less Challenge.
Today's workout results: 4.28 miles in 60-minutes, averaged a 14:01 pace.
