The faster you run, the faster you are done!!!
Today's workout is a 3-mile long run. I'm not sure if I am fighting yet another bug, but after sleeping all day yesterday, I was a bit skeptical on whether I would be able to actually get through my 3-miles. In an attempt to hurry and get done, I kicked up my speed to 7.0 from 6.4, surprisingly I was able to keep this pace and finish in under 30-minutes!
Today's workout results: 3 miles in 27:47 minutes averaged a 9:15 pace.
