Last day of January and I have walked/ran a total of 72 miles! My miles would have been higher since I missed 5 days of working out on the treadmill due to winter storms and loss of power.
On Monday's I receive an email from dailymile.com letting me know my previous weeks workout results. This week my email stated "Gnarly training last week!", the week before, I was just "awesome". I can't wait to see what next weeks email says!
Today's workout results: 3.05 miles in 30-minutes, which included a 5-minutes warm-up walk averaged a 9:50 pace.
