Monday - walk or cross-train and Suck Less
Tuesday - run 30-35 minutes
Wednesday - walk or cross-train and Suck Less
Thursday - run 30-35 minutes
Friday - walk or cross-train and Suck Less
Saturday - day off
Sunday - run either 4 miles or a 5K.
Today's workout results: 4.24 miles in 60-minutes averages a 14:09 pace.
