Well today I didn't follow my workout as planned (run 30-35 minutes) instead I did 30 day shred, workout 1 and alternated walking and running every 0.25 miles. I walked at a speed of 4.2 and ran at a speed of 7.0. Note to self...next time remember to turn on the fan!
Today's workout results: 3.01 miles in 35 minutes averaged a 11:37 pace.
